JASMIN M. ROBINSON
Jasmin M. Robinson (she/her/hers) has 10+ years experience in higher education and leads efforts to foster and maintain inclusive work environments that welcome, embrace, empower, and celebrate people. She currently serves as a diversity administrator for a liberal arts university near Chicago, Illinois.
Jasmin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Television and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She is actively pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Indiana State University.
Jasmin’s professional experience spans from higher education institutions to K-12 schools and non-profit organizations. As a premier change agent, she has been responsible for institutional strategic planning and development; diversity, equity, and inclusion program development; talent acquisition and development; and faculty and staff trainings.
Realizing her capacity to work with organizations to enhance diversity and leadership goals, Jasmin created I.D.E.A.L. Education, LLC. Her business is designed to empower individuals, groups, and organizations to improve work environments through inclusion, diversity, equity, access and leadership solutions.
