Jasmin M. Robinson (she/her/hers) is the CEO and Founder of I.D.E.A.L. Education, LLC. She has over 10 years of experience in higher education and leads efforts to foster and maintain inclusive work environments that welcome, embrace, empower, and celebrate people.

Jasmin’s leadership and guidance spans across k-12 education schools, non-profit organizations, and corporate spaces. As a premier leadership and diversity strategist, she is responsible for guiding individuals, groups, and organizations through their journey to inclusive excellence.

Jasmin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Television and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She is actively pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Indiana State University.
