During our strategy call we discuss needs and desired outcomes for your group, team, or organization. Once identified, we discuss a timeline for our services.

Next, we present a proposal to outline the needs specific to your organization. During this phase, we collect relevant data, and conduct an I.D.E.A.L. cultural audit specific to your organization.
DEVELOP
We determine next steps to your journey by discussing goals and desired outcomes. Choose from a list of options from our I.D.E.A.L. learning suite to address your needs. We offer program and policy reviews, cultural competency and leadership development trainings, and more.
DELIVER
Finally, we spend time delivering services to guide progress towards your desired I.D.E.A.L. goals and outcomes. Upon completion, we deliver a comprehensive report for your organization to move forward. This includes an overview of the work completed with I.D.E.A.L. Education and a recommended communication plan to articulate your organization’s progress.
